Victor Graduates

Victor is a very good friend to many of us who visit Zambia. He serves as the liason officer for World Vision Zambia and regularly makes all our in-country arrangements and travels with us. Several friends were so impressed with Victor that they raised the funds for him to attend college and this past June he graduated. It is a bright future for him, his family and World Vision Zambia.
